TRAINING CAMP
Activities during training camp can help improve overall team performance and endurance, as well as strengthen team cohesion.
Improving resilience
One of the important goals of pre-season training camps is to improve the fitness of athletes and ensure that they are in peak physical condition for the games of the competitive season. Carefully planned and properly executed strength training is extremely important to develop the necessary endurance and prevent future injuries.
Skill development
Technically oriented drills develop players’ individual skills such as ball handling, passing, shooting or dribbling. Teams can also work on tactics, including line-up formations, offensive and defensive penalties and various strategies. These are crucial for decision-making and execution in the game.
Team cohesion
Pre-season training camps allow players, especially aspiring footballers, to build strong peer relationships in a relaxed environment that aids the team building and integration process. The time spent together improves communication on the field and players who understand each other better are able to work together at a higher level during games.
Mental preparation
Training camps strengthen players’ professional mindsets and develop a focus on clearly defined, achievable goals. Mental strength and resilience are essential to cope with the pressure and stress of a competitive season.
TEST GAMES
Pre-season games provide members of the senior team with the opportunity to use and practice the new tactics they have developed with their players without the pressure of playing in the field. These games allow them to test and modify game plans without interruption, meaning they can become an important part of the team’s operations before the start of the season.
Opponents by skill level
We help the teams participating in the training camp we organize to evaluate their skills against opponents who match their skill level. Opponents are selected based on predetermined criteria, be it league class, style of play or age group.
International Games
During the Footballerscamp training camps, we organize international training matches for both amateur and professional teams, allowing the participating clubs to compete against opponents with a different football culture than their own while developing their international relations.
Referee
We provide a referee for the preparation matches we organize. The referee’s fee is determined separately in each case.
